Envelop For Live User Group

This user group will create a space for artists, musicians, and developers to meet up, share and ask questions about Envelop's spatial audio toolset Envelop for Live (E4L).
We hope this group meet up can provide a creative backbone to the incredible possibilities of spatial audio here in the SF Bay Area.
No computer is required, but if you wish to have a workstation to learn on, please bring your own computer and headphones.
We'll be sending a casual agenda to all RSVPs a week before the event.
Topics will include techniques to use Envelop for Live, and listening to spatial music created and upmixed with E4L.
This is not a workshop, and it's expected that user group members have already taken the initiative to install E4L and read it's documentation.
Very limited space, so make sure you reserve your spot in the group as soon as possible.

Envelop is a non-profit that amplifies the power of music through immersive audio venues and open source spatial audio software.

We believe that immersive experiences of sound and music connect and inspire people on a deeper level, creating shared moments of fully-activated intentional listening. Through Envelop venues, powered by our software Envelop for Live, we host a diversity of events ranging from spatial music performances and listening events, to wellness and 3D audio education. With 32 or more speakers surrounding the audience, Envelop venues allow us to be within the music.

Envelop is directed by artist/musician Christopher Willits, with board members Roddy Lindsay, artist/DJ Mark Slee, fabricator Greg Wood, and creative director Alingo Loh.
